Golfers spend four to five hours in direct sun — more than almost anyone in any other sport. They obsess over the right shaft, the right ball, the right read on a 12-footer. But they walk out the door and put nothing on their skin — or a thick, greasy sunscreen they can't stand wearing.

Bogey Block was born out of that gap.

I'm Sean, one of the co-founders, and I struggled with skin issues most of my life — acne, rosacea, dryness, you name it. As an avid golfer, I could never find a sunscreen I trusted. My options were slick, greasy formulas with ingredients I didn't want on my skin, or a mineral sunscreen that turned me into a ghost.

I brought the problem. My co-founder Chris brought the fix. Chris is an organic chemist who's spent his career on a simple belief: if something goes on your skin, it should actually be good for it. He formulated Bogey Block from that principle up — every ingredient chosen on purpose. We came at this from two sides: I knew exactly what golfers were missing, and Chris knew how to build it right.

The result is a mineral sunscreen made with organic, functional ingredients that leaves zero white cast. That became Bogey Block — and we want to share it with every golfer out there.
