Golfers spend four to five hours in direct sun — more than almost anyone in any other sport. They obsess over the right shaft, the right ball, the right read on a 12-footer. But they walk out the door and put nothing on their skin, or something worse than nothing.

Bogey Block was born out of that gap.

Our co-founder Sean struggled with his skin most of his life, without realizing the real problem was sitting in plain sight — on the back of every sunscreen bottle. Status quo sunscreens broke him out. They left his skin red, irritated, tight. He'd apply before a round and spend the next four hours regretting it. He just wanted something he could trust on his skin, and he couldn't find it. Our co-founder Chris, an organic chemist, believes if it goes on your skin, it should actually be good for it. So he got to work, building a formula around non-nano zinc oxide and organic superfood ingredients — nothing harsh, nothing hidden, just real protection that does right by your skin.

That became Bogey Block.

Golfers face a meaningfully higher risk of skin cancer than the general population and we think that's unacceptable.
